Patrick Mills

I completed a four-year Bachelor of Engineering with First Class Honours majoring in cybersecurity at Victoria University of Wellington. I have applied software development skills in several projects at university such as a project to capture medical data that included making a user-friendly interface and mobile app. I worked as a Graduate IT Security Adviser at the Ministry for Primary Industries from April to June 2026. I tutored two courses at Victoria University: one in C/C++ and another in cloud computing and networking which mainly involved Amazon Web Services (AWS). I know HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, Python, C and C++. I have used numerous AI tools including Claude Code.
